Boost sales and marketing with XR
VR and AR engages, explains, and entertains like no other technologies. Let your customers immerse themselves in your products with VR, and let them place your products in their own physical settings with AR.

Shoppers want experiences, not just products on shelves. That applies in both B2B and B2C.
You can use XR technologies to give people experiences with your brand and your product before buying, and that is one of the reasons why XR is great for boosting sales and marketing.
Where you get the most out of XR in your sales and marketing funnel depends on what you are selling, and the touch points you have with your customers.
B2C brand awareness through unique experiences
We have created some unique VR and AR experiences for our customers that either resemble the feelings they want their brand to spark in the audience or create an emotional connection to a specific product.
For Red Bull, we have created a cliff diving experience in VR where thousands of people have now experienced the adrenalin rush of standing ready to dive from a platform 27 meter above the water. An experience that will always connect them with the extreme sports associated with the Red Bull brand. Read that case here.
For Bang & Olufsen, we produced a 360-degree video with the Danish singer Oh Land. This personal concert was available only in Bang & Olufsen stores, where users got to experience the show wearing a special new pair of headphones. Read that case here.
For Louis Poulsen, we developed an app allowing users to use AR to place beautiful designer lamps in their own homes. Once you have seen one of these classic lamps hanging above your dining table, it is hard to control the desire to convert it to a real lamp. Read that case here.
B2C sales with WebAR
Augmented reality boosts conversion rates in e-commerce by as much as 90 % according to Shopify. We can make 3D models of your products available as AR models straight from the browser. We call it WebAR.
Instead of just showing a picture of your product, the buyer can have the model pop out full size as a 3D model in augmented reality. The model can be twisted and turned and experienced from every angle – or if it is a piece of furniture, you can try to place it in your home and see if it fits. Try it yourself right here.
B2B sales with VR and AR
In B2B, sales can be a longer process and a process where you might need to build up trust and a relationship over a longer period of time.
And it can be a process where it is difficult to showcase your products if they are very large or placed in remote or inaccessible locations.
VR is a strong tool for this as well. For some clients we have built entire factories and offshore platforms where they can bring their customers in for a sales meeting in VR. We make these environments accessible in Microsoft Mesh – the 3D version of Teams – and you can actually have a meeting there with your customers, where you walk around in VR and inspect the products. It is very powerful and much more engaging and memorable than showing them the specs in a PowerPoint presentation.
AR is also a very tangible tool for sales and marketing in B2B. You can scan a room with your iPad complete with measures and all, and we have developed applications for companies within laboratory equipment and construction materials, where you can immediately add the products you would like, see what it looks like in the real setting, and push a button to get a quote for the customer or make the inventory list.
AR lets your customers view and interact with a 3D model of your product in augmented reality, and they can see what it looks like in their own environment. 3D models in AR can be so accurate that it can be almost impossible to tell the difference between a screen shot from your phone with the AR model placed in the room and a photo of the real product in the same location.
